About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a variety of operational tasks, including creating user profiles in compliance with
GDPR guidelines and anonymity preferences.
• Schedule and coordinate calls via Microsoft Teams, as well as conduct candidate
interviews, requiring strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactively engage with early career professionals through strategic LinkedIn outreach,
demonstrating strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Maintain and organise user information in Excel and Trello with accuracy and attention to
detail, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis and follow-up.
• Conduct app testing to identify bugs, validate functionality, and provide feedback that
informs product improvements.
• Review and refine interview transcripts using analytical skills to ensure clarity, accuracy,
and actionable insights.
• Support and coordinate a group of ambassadors, addressing their queries and providing
guidance to ensure smooth collaboration and engagement.
